I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being spotless and fresh towels provided daily without even having to ask. The hotel facilities were great, with free WiFi available throughout the property. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful neighborhood between Paseo de la Castellana and Calle Serrano, away from the crowded touristy areas, but still centrally located in this city. It was easy to walk to all the major sights and there were plenty of transportation options nearby.

Our stay at Petit Palace was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and transportation options. The room itself was modern and stylish, with unique features like a sliding room divider and glass bathroom walls. The rainfall shower in the spacious bathroom was a luxurious touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, holding our luggage for us on our last day. We also appreciated the availability of bicycles for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in the city.

We had a fabulous stay in this centrally located hotel in the heart of the trendy Salamanca district. It was just a short walk from the Serrano metro station, making it convenient to explore all the major sights of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options to start the day. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and appreciated the convenient facilities available.

There was some noise from a nearby club, which disturbed our sleep at times.

I recently stayed at Petit Palace in Madrid for a short trip. The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist with long brown hair and glasses. The room was lovely, clean, and modern. I appreciated the apology note and fruit platter after a small issue with the room key. The location was excellent for visiting museums and shopping. The service and helpfulness of the staff, particularly Olga, Juan, and Yago, were outstanding. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options and a sustainable approach to toiletries.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were the best aspects of my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city - everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was outdated and not as clean as I would have liked. The air conditioning didn't work and the temperature in the room was unbearable.
