We had a convenient stay at a decent hotel before heading to our resort. the staff at Occidental were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great for us and our kids. the pool was clean and there was a lifeguard for safety. the hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and comfy bed.

Had a lovely time over xmas, the complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival were a fantastic touch! the hotel is located in a prime spot, just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short walk to the main shopping area.

I stayed at Occidental Puerto Banus for an Ironman 70.3 race. The location was excellent for this purpose. My room was HUGE and had all the necessary amenities, perfect for storing my bike. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice and fresh. a great experience.

This hotel was a great find! the value for money was excellent - we couldn't believe the prices for such a central location in Puerto Banus. The attention to detail was also impressive, from the clean and well-maintained rooms with step-free balconies, to the perfect disabled facilities with wet rooms and hoists for the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast, which included a variety of delicious options like churros and crepes - the perfect way to start the day. Plus, with the 50% off voucher included, it was even better!
