During our recent stay at Derby, we had a small issue with our room request. However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly and efficiently. They listened to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our new room. The level of service and personalized attention we received was truly impressive.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the limited options for in-room coffee/tea making and English channels, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. The positive aspects of our stay definitely outweighed these minor inconveniences.

I had a fantastic stay here in this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice safe area and close to the heart of the city. It was great being able to explore the city easily without having to deal with the noise of the busy streets. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was beautifully designed and very clean, and I slept soundly in the comfortable bed. The hotel also had great amenities such as a swimming pool and gym, perfect to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and approachable, going out of their way to help and give advice. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a nice pool that was surprisingly quiet even in July. The location was excellent, nestled in a quiet residential area of the city, yet close to the excellent shopping malls on avenue Diagonal. It was also conveniently close to the tram station Zona Universitaria and a 10-minute walk to the metro stop, making it easy to access different areas of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the breakfast spread was delicious, with both continental options and the choice for scrambled eggs and bacon.

Absolutely nothing.

The junior suite we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet, with lovely shutters on the windows. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. the breakfast was delicious, with a good continental spread and the option of scrambled eggs and bacon. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, with the reception team being very helpful and always smiling. the breakfast staff were attentive and quick to replenish anything that was needed.

The shower in the room had a leak, which was a bit annoying as it woke me up when I heard the water dropping. Additionally, there was no coffee machine or tea pot in the room, which was a bit disappointing as I had to work a lot on my laptop and would have liked the convenience.
