The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station, making it easy to access. It is also very close to the cable car to Mannlichen, perfect for those who want to hike or explore the ski area. The hotel offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, and the rooms are comfortable with spacious balconies to enjoy the scenery.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the brilliant location with a wonderful view of Jungfrau from our balcony. The newly refurbished chalet-style decor added to the charming and homely atmosphere. The staff, especially Jenny in the office and Kurt the Manager, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to the cable car made exploring the area effortless.

I had the most amazing stay at a charming hotel in Wengen! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains from my balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in the hotel was outstanding, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast choices were varied and delicious, allowing me to start my day off right. I also appreciated the fact that umbrellas were available for loan during rainy days. I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wengen!

While the hotel was fantastic overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The rooms were a bit plain and lacking in comfort, with small beds and no TV.

We had an incredible stay at Schonegg! the staff was always kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. the breakfast spread every morning was generous and filling, offering a delicious start to our day. We loved the stunning views from our room and enjoyed the access to the patio and lounge, which provided a relaxing surprise. the location of the hotel was perfect, only a short 5-minute walk to the train station.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed two key aspects of this hotel: its stunning views and its convenient location. the views from the hotel balconies and terrace were absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours taking in the beauty of the surrounding mountains and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us. It was just a few minutes' walk from the cable car station and gondola, making it easy for us to access the hiking trails and explore the area. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with shops and restaurants just down the main street and the train station a short walk away. We were also conveniently close to the cable car to Mannlichen, perfect for hiking and sightseeing. The hotel facilities were top-notch, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh breads, meats, and cheeses.
