We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous hotel! The location, situated up the hill, provided stunning views that took our breath away. The staff's impeccable service, from the helpfulness of the room service to the efficiency of the shuttle service, exceeded our expectations. The room amenities, including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV, ensured our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The hotel's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and sauna, provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploration. Additionally, the free shuttle service made it incredibly easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

Spent Xmas weekend at a hot spring resort and loved it! They had both indoor and outdoor hot springs that were very relaxing, plus a shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions. the rooms were spacious and reasonably priced, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The resort was quite crowded during the daytime, especially in the public hot spring areas where many non-guests came to soak. It was also a bit of a challenge to navigate the resort's layout as it was quite spread out.
