having stayed in Chiang Mai before, Kristi House exceeded my expectations. The recently redecorated rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The location in the old town was convenient, close to the Sunday night market, yet still quiet for a good night's sleep. The value for money was great, and the staff, especially Nancy from the tour agency, were helpful and sweet.

I had a fantastic stay at this budget hotel in Chiang Mai. The double room was spotless and spacious with hot water and a comfortable bed. The cable TV in English was a great bonus. The highlight of my stay was the amazing tuna sandwich with a delicious salad, all for only 40 baht! The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfy stay with amazing food!
