I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and lovely pool at this Bangkok hotel. The location was great for shopping and exploring the area. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major shopping malls and the famous Erawan Shrine. The proximity to the skytrain also makes it easy to navigate around and reach other parts of the city. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast add to the appeal of this hotel.

The soundproofing of the hotel is not up to the mark, and noises from the corridor can be heard in the rooms.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel located near Ratchadamri BTS station. The location was perfect, especially for us as young travelers, as it made navigating the city extremely easy. The hotel is also conveniently situated near Bangkok's largest shopping district, making it convenient for us to shop for supplies and souvenirs. The suite we booked was spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing us with a great place to relax. One bonus was that the room had a washing machine, which meant we didn't need to bring as much clothing for our trip. Another highlight was the play area for children and the library where we could enjoy some quiet time reading.

loved my long-term stay at this hotel. felt like home with the apartment-style one bedroom suites and fully equipped kitchen. the modern decor and strong wifi made it even better. location was perfect for shopping. highly recommend.

Slow service at reception.

This hotel is a top-notch five-star venue with exclusive amenities that make it an unforgettable experience. the spacious and comfortable room was equipped with the latest technology such as a washing/dryer machine that suited our needs perfectly. the Spa & wellness centre was absolutely luxurious and the massage we received was the best we ever had. the outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The location advantage of this hotel is near to everything, but finding a taxi was a bit of an issue at times. we would strongly recommend this hotel for its exclusive amenities, excellent service, and luxurious experience.

The availability of a washing machine, good WiFi, and a quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. The hotel also had a great selection of TV channels and offered free coffee and drinks at the lobby. The cherry on top was the vending machine with affordable prices that resembled those at 7-11 convenience stores. With its excellent value for money, I would definitely book here again.

The hotel offered us a complimentary welcome drink and fruit platter on arrival which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great, we were within walking distance of major shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions. the room had a stunning view of the city skyline which was enjoyable to wake up to every morning.

The shower in our room leaked, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. the check-in process was slow and we had to queue twice before getting our room.
