I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the hotel had a great swimming pool and gym. The staff went out of their way to make us feel appreciated, especially the hotel manager who promptly responded to my concerns and upgraded us to a better room. The seafood buffet had fresh produce, although there was some inconsistency in the cooking. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Patong. Our room was well-maintained and we loved the selection of bathroom products. The staff, especially Chado and Beauty at the Lakeside front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was excellent, with convenient access to the shopping mall and nightlife. The Lakeside wing provided a comfortable room with pool access. The staff were warm and friendly, providing great service. The breakfast options were good and the fruit was delicious. The hotel was also kept clean during our stay.

Great location directly above the shopping mall, 2 minutes away from another excellent mall. Good breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Extended breakfast time on New Year's Day. Nice pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and fast checkout.

The air conditioning system in our room was dirty and gave us sore throats. the resort needs renovations, and it looks run down and tired.

I got great value for my money at M Social Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city with shopping markets and a variety of restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Miss AR, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.

The breakfast option could be improved by addressing the issue of mosquitoes in the main area.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were amazing. the exclusive spa centre and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby shopping mall and Patong beach. the barbeque grills and restaurant offered delicious food options, including a buffet breakfast with contemporary and Thai cuisine. the location also had the advantage of being within walking distance to popular attractions.

We experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room. It would turn off by itself after a few hours, causing us to wake up in the middle of the night to switch it back on.
