I must say, the value for money at this hotel is exceptional. Our room was absolutely stunning with breathtaking ocean views and a unique wooden bathtub. The location was beautiful, surrounded by Koi carp ponds and the beach club was just a shuttle ride away. The staff here are truly amazing - friendly, attentive, and proactive. They made us feel well taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. We have made new friends and can't wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa. The live entertainment throughout the day was a highlight, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The beautiful sea, with its clean and blue waters, was a delight to swim in. The hotel also surprised us with tickets to the White Party, which was a nice gesture. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a direct access to the beach and offered water activities like kayaking. In terms of location, it was easily accessible from the nearby pier and we had no trouble finding transportation using the Grab Taxi app.

The prices for lunch and dinner at the hotel were quite high compared to nearby restaurants. Additionally, the dinner menu had limited options, which could become repetitive for guests staying for a longer period.

The beach bungalows were stunning, with spacious rooms and incredible sea views. It was just a few steps away from the beach, which was perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset. the staff were attentive, providing us with refreshing jasmine scented napkins in the hot afternoons. the pool parties were a blast, with live performances and DJ music. We also loved the private dinner table set up on the poolside, where we could enjoy a romantic dinner under the clear night sky.

The location was quite far from the main town, so if you want to explore other places, you'll need to drive about 40 minutes. the food selection at the Sunday brunch was disappointing, and the breakfast buffet could have had more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The garden villa with a sea view was beautiful and spacious. The main pool area was amazing, with stunning sunset views. The second pool also looked clean and inviting. The free bikes provided were a useful amenity for exploring the area during the day. We also enjoyed using the gym facilities daily. The breakfast offered was delicious and unlimited. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location away from the downtown area, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of our stay.

We recently spent New Year's at this resort and had a fantastic time! the penthouse we stayed in was incredibly spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the staff, especially the manager Kannie, were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location of the resort was perfect, offering a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy parts of the island. We also greatly enjoyed the Sunday brunch which had a wide selection of delicious food.

One aspect that we were disappointed in was the breakfast. the quality of the food was below average and there were limited options available.
