We loved the scenic views, attentive service, and on-site restaurants and bars. The Indian restaurant was especially fabulous and the Terrace bar was perfect for watching the sunset during happy hour. The beach restaurant provided a relaxing spot for lunch. As bigger groups of friends, we enjoyed the atmosphere, location, swimming pools, and well-trained staff. The architecture, furnishings, rooms, bathrooms, and beds were all impressive. The huge television and infinity swimming pool added a touch of luxury. The hotel's separate beach and sea views were a plus. We also appreciated the reasonable prices of the food and drinks, as well as the market inside the hotel. our stay at the Royal Cliff was memorable and we can't wait to return.

The phone signal in some areas of the hotel may be weak, causing inconvenience for guests who rely on their mobile devices for communication.

Excellent pool, great customer service, and delicious food at the restaurant. Got tour recommendations and assistance with arranging a limousine to the airport. Expensive but worth it. Easy to find a local taxi for cheaper transportation. Enjoyed the certified halal meat and Muslim shower in the bathrooms. Private beach and ocean view in the beach terrace rooms. Quick check-in, friendly staff, and a wide selection at the buffet breakfast. Lovely stay with clean rooms, infinity pool, and different restaurant options. Generous amenities provided.

Recently stayed at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace and had an amazing experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and sea. The pool areas, especially at sunset, were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

The complementarily drinks and snacks at the pool bar were a nice surprise, as well as the festive decorations for the New Year's celebration. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and is just a short walk away from several shops and restaurants. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioning in the room was not working well, and the beds were not very comfortable. The hotel transfer service was extremely expensive compared to other transport options in the area.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities and exclusive services, fulfilling all my needs during my stay. The Spa & wellness centre and sauna were outstanding, with an outdoor swimming pool and beach access adding to the overall experience. The treatment rooms were fantastic, and the full body massage was excellent. The entertainment and poolside snack bar were also impressive, with an excellent selection of food and drink available.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the shuttle bus, which was not complimentary, and I believe it should be included in the hotel's service for guests. Apart from that, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxury experience.

The incident with the staff walking in on my wife while she was getting changed was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The poor response from the hotel staff, including the manager's lack of sympathy and failed attempts at apology, further worsened the experience.
