From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. the room I was assigned was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view of the sea. the attention to detail, such as the beautiful room decor and the personalized welcome gift, made me feel truly special. the location of the hotel is ideal, situated between Sousse and Port el Kantaoui, making it convenient to explore the area's attractions. the outdoor swimming pool area was a highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for guests to relax and soak up the sun. I appreciated the variety of dining options offered, from the bar lounge to the restaurant, providing delicious meals and refreshing drinks throughout the day. my experience at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future.

While my stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. One aspect that stood out was the limited variety of non-alcoholic beverages for children, which I believe could be expanded to cater to all guests' preferences.

upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated apartment overlooking the sea, a special touch for newlyweds. the staff, especially Mrs Laila, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. the hotel's cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the helpful reception manager added to our overall positive experience.
