We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Ziva! Our beach front suite had a million-dollar view and the whole resort was beautifully decorated. the food at the specialty restaurants was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. the staff was incredibly responsive and always ready to help. They even wheeled me back to my room when my feet were hurting. the pool area was a lot of fun, and the whole ambiance of the resort was awesome. We will definitely be returning soon!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Ziva in San Jose del Cabo for 5 nights and it was the BEST all inclusive experience yet! The staff was excellent, from the front desk to the bartenders and waiters. The food was delicious and plentiful, with 24hr room service. The rooms were lovely with huge bathrooms and whirlpool tubs. The pools and hotel grounds were amazing, not to mention the beautiful beach view. The drinks were made well, not watered down. I would definitely stay here again and try other Hyatts in different locations.

During my stay at a resort in Cabo, I enjoyed various amenities near the location, including the Cabos Marina and theater. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms had all the expected amenities. I appreciated the breakfast buffet and the outdoor lunch grill with its beach view. The hotel even has a kid’s pool and play areas, so the little ones can have some fun while parents relax.

The resort could benefit from more nighttime entertainment offerings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained hotel facilities. The hotel's location by the beach was perfect, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views and easy access to the sand and sea. We were also pleased to see that since our previous visit in July, they added a lunch buffet to the La Hacienda Beach Grill, which overlooks the beach and offers a delicious dining experience. The staff were amazing, always welcoming and ready to assist.

The variety of restaurants and friendly staff were definite highlights. There were plenty of options for dining and the staff were always ready to assist. The rooms were also spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to key attractions and amenities.

There were a few negatives that affected my experience. One of the major downsides was the restrictions placed on children in certain areas, such as the gym and games room.

The staff at Hyatt Ziva made our stay exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Fernando at check-in was patient and friendly, while Carlos, Alberto, and Lucio provided helpful information about the resort. The spa experience with Paola, Nancy, and Amparo was truly amazing, and the massages were some of the best we've had. We also loved the delicious steak quesadillas from Maria at the bar near the adult pool. The Mexican restaurant, both for breakfast/lunch and dinner, offered tasty options. the service at this hotel was top-notch and made our stay unforgettable.

After we left, we felt a bit neglected in terms of transportation to the airport. The hotel was not accommodating when it came to our Uber driver, and we felt a bit disregarded.

The staff at Hyatt Ziva went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, they offered to upgrade our room and helped us check in earlier. The pool area was excellent for swimming and lounging. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the steaks at La Hacienda and the Asian cuisine. The beach was clean and we even got to see turtles nesting. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

We loved the multiple pools, hot tubs, and swim up rooms at the resort. The entrance and main lounge area provided a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort had great maintenance, courteous staff, and wonderful service. The other restaurants had excellent service and good food. The breakfast variety was awesome. The resort staff took pride in creating a memorable customer experience.
