Location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Rooms are tiny and could use more comfort. Enjoyed the free drink vouchers at the rooftop bar. Trash cans in the room did not have liners, which was inconvenient.

Check-in was smooth, thanks to an incredibly helpful front desk assistant. housekeeping never came during my stay, which felt off. The room was tiny but functional, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fast elevator was a thrill but unnerving. I had issues with my deposit refund, and the parking situation was misleading. The staff experience varied—while some were great, others were rude and dismissive. A mixed bag, with standout moments and some real frustrations.

Had a blast sleeping in comfy beds after enjoying the key attractions nearby. Loved the fact that luggage storage was free and secure, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, allowing a quick walk to Broadway plays, Bryant Park, and Rockefeller Center.

The room was a tad basic and on the smaller side. It would have been nice to have some complimentary water and coffee amenities.

This hotel is just a stone's throw away from Times Square, making it super easy to dive into the vibrant NYC life, with plenty of restaurants right outside your door and attractions like the Intrepid Sea, the Museum of Modern Art, and Central Park just a short walk or subway ride away; the rooms are cozy and comfortable for a short stay, but I wish the staff had been a bit more attentive to cleaning services.

We hit up the High Line for dope views and chilled at Hudson River Park - mad vibes! Plus, kayaking on the Hudson was off the chain!

Would've been even sicker if the hotel had a groovy rooftop party spot for us young night owls.

The staff is super friendly and really helpful. I appreciated the clean sheets and the fresh air from the window.

But some areas felt a bit dirty, which was disappointing.
