We had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel close to the historical center. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, accommodating, and even arranged transportation for us. the hotel room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view. We loved the warm atmosphere and felt right at home. the location was great, within walking distance of the main attractions and public transportation. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including omelets made to order for the kids. We would definitely choose to stay at Bellezza Hotel Ortakoy again.

The hotel had a wonderful breakfast spread with a variety of options. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. the location was convenient, close to major highways and bridges, making it easy to get around the city.

The room and bathroom were quite small, and there was no elevator available. On top of that, the hotel was not located in the most tourist-friendly area, requiring taxis for most outings.

The hotel is located in a very interesting neighborhood, close to the touristic areas of Ortakoy and Zorlu Mall. It offers a stunning view and has clean and well-equipped rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The bathroom is modern and the breakfast offers a variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard.

The traffic around the hotel can be a bit hectic, but it is a common issue in this vibrant city.

From upgrading our room to providing helpful recommendations and arranging taxis, their hospitality was remarkable. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the jacuzzi with a view of the bridge was a luxurious touch. Despite the steep walk to the hotel, the location in the vibrant Ortakoy district was perfect for exploring restaurants and cafes along the Bosphorus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Istanbul.
