This hotel located in Florya, just 10 minutes away from the airport, was a great find. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities such as a bathroom and nice facilities were all up to standard. The treble view from my room was outstanding, and the breakfast, which included some traditional Turkish food, was delicious.

All in all, everything was just perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this clean and modern hotel near the airport. the rooms were elegant and equipped with all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service, although it didn't run between noon and 4 daily. we found it easy to take the Metro from the nearby Florya bus stop. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our visit to the city center. a great hotel for business professionals or travelers wanting easy access to the airport and city.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and public transportation, making it easy for us to get around. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room service was top-notch. We loved the range of amenities, from the delicious buffet breakfast to the swimming pool and spa facilities. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped.

We highly recommend this place to everyone! The only thing we would suggest is that the staff receive some additional training on solution-oriented services, particularly in regards to the guest relations manager and the breakfast restaurant manager and staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel which was conveniently located near the airport. The staff, Suleyman and Eray, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They provided excellent service and were always available to help with any questions or concerns. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and gym. We would definitely stay here again.

During our Christmas stay at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary drinks and chocolates offered to us upon arrival. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. Another aspect we enjoyed was the comfortable bed and pillows, making for a good night's sleep.

Our overall experience was marred by several negative aspects. the staff's poor English skills made it difficult to communicate our needs and resulted in several mix-ups with our orders and requests.
