This hotel located in Florya, just 10 minutes away from the airport, was a great find. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities such as a bathroom and nice facilities were all up to standard. The treble view from my room was outstanding, and the breakfast, which included some traditional Turkish food, was delicious.

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service, although it didn't run between noon and 4 daily. However, we found it easy to take the Metro from the nearby Florya bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our visit to the city center. a great hotel for business professionals or travelers wanting easy access to the airport and city.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and public transportation, making it easy for us to get around. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room service was top-notch. We loved the range of amenities, from the delicious buffet breakfast to the swimming pool and spa facilities. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped.

We highly recommend this place to everyone! The only thing we would suggest is that the staff receive some additional training on solution-oriented services, particularly in regards to the guest relations manager and the breakfast restaurant manager and staff.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a spa center and indoor swimming pool. The massage services were delightful and the restaurant offered delicious halal food. The room advantages were impressive with a private facilities that were exclusive to the guests. The hotel’s location advantages were also great with easy access to the airport.

Although the services provided were excellent, there was one minor issue with the staff’s communication. The reception desk lacked English proficiency which caused some difficulty during check-in.
