During our romantic escape, we were thrilled with the superb location of this hotel. Situated right on the promenade, we were just a short stroll away from excellent restaurants and shopping. the key location facts were definitely a bonus for us. Furthermore, the staff at this hotel provided exceptionally amazing service. They were super helpful, polite, and prompt in attending to our needs. the room service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious. We were even upgraded to a better room and sent thoughtful gifts for our wedding weekend. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the Princess Islands from our room or from the rooftop Cafe de Paris restaurant was a must-see experience.

The hotel did have some aspects that were disappointing. there was no lobby and the reception area was incredibly small, with only two chairs and a desk.

The hotel had a great location, right by the sea promenade, which was perfect for evening walks. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice view of the nearby islands. the staff were friendly and helpful, arranging taxis at reasonable rates and providing directions to local amenities.

The evening food at the rooftop restaurant was not up to par, but perhaps it was just a one-time mistake. the breakfast buffet, on the other hand, was excellent.

We had an amazing Easter weekend! the breakfast was great and we enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to a sea view room. the free Wi-Fi and parking were really convenient too. the location was perfect, we were close to many good restaurants and shops. the beach was also a short walk away.

The room was a bit too dimly lit for our liking. We also had an issue with the parking, as we asked for an extra 2 hours after check-out and found our car had been moved out of the lot even before that time.
