Had a boss time, la! The staff were dead sound and made us feel right at home. The breakfast had plenty of choices, which was a plus! Only downside was that the room could’ve used a couple more seats. Overall, a proper sound stay!

I booked my stay through an online service, and even though I had my small dog with me they put me on the second floor, not ideal. However, the water view from my room was a nice surprise and the breakfast was solid, I had some waffles and decent coffee, just what I needed to start my day right.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you get what you pay for.

The decor needs serious updates!!! The carpet looks ancient, and the furnishings in the hallways need replacing!!! A musty smell lingered in the pet-friendly room, making it far from pleasant!!!

The room was a bit cramped, and the shower had some mold. The breakfast was pretty basic, but the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent stay!

The back patio was a serene escape, perfect for unwinding after a long day. We appreciated the friendly staff and the indoor pool at a nice temperature, inviting for a leisurely dip.

Unfortunately, our room view was of the parking lot, contrary to what we had hoped for. The breakfast selection was quite limited, leaving us wanting more variety to kickstart our mornings.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this place. The indoor pool allowed me to unwind after a long day. I enjoyed the breakfast options, though some items could use improvement. I traveled with my dog, and the hotel was welcoming to pets. I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in my room. Just a heads up, the walk to the downtown area was somewhat far. It felt like a nice getaway amidst the beautiful Great Lakes.

Request a room away from the elevator for quieter nights, as lobby noise can be disruptive for those sensitive to sound.

my stay was fantastic as I enjoyed peaceful walks to Depot Beach, just over 1 km away, and strolled through the lovely Charles Ransom Preserve, which is only about 2 km from the hotel — both perfect for a weekend wanderer like me.

The indoor pool and hot tub were in great condition. I appreciated the customizable room services and access to local attractions. The breakfast offerings were diverse and complimentary for guests participating in local events. I enjoyed the spacious room layout, especially with the view of Lake Charlevoix. Overall, the ambiance encouraged relaxation in the outdoor areas.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Enjoyed free bike rentals and tasty breakfast options.

The King Suite was spacious with a great view of Lake Charlevoix, and loved the ease of access to the lawn for my dog. The indoor pool was a nice way to relax, and breakfast had solid options like biscuits and gravy. Just a couple of outlets near the bed would have made it perfect.
