We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation were all top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and City Walk, making it easy to explore the city. The Financial Centre Metro Station is also nearby, providing an excellent way to travel around. Additionally, the hotel is near the airport and close to the office towers in the DIFC area. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast made our experience even better.

We stayed for four nights at Towers Rotana and it was a perfect place to visit. The location is excellent, just 200 meters from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily cleaning and complimentary bottled water. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The gym and pool facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Location couldn't be more convenient – it's situated a stone's throw away from the metro station that connects the entire city and makes for an effortless sightseeing experience. The rooms are spacious and bright with cozy, comfortable beds and a bathroom that's clean and inviting. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, sure to leave you feeling energized for a day of exploring the city. You can also enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the rooftop pool.

The soundproofing from the main door could be improved, leading to some disturbances, but it's a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.

As young holiday goers, we loved the perfect location close to the metro and available taxis. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The wifi was excellent throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options at an affordable price. The room had great facilities including an iron, minibar, and free bottled water. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking.

We also enjoyed the amazing pool view and the convenience of having the metro station right next to the hotel, making transportation a breeze. the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal.

I had an amazing stay at this venue during my recent trip to the UAE. The location was perfect, being situated on the financial street and close to the metro station, making it easy for me to explore various parts of the city. The staff provided excellent service, accommodating my requests and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, an ironing facility, tea and coffee-making facilities and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the range of facilities offered here, including a well-equipped fitness studio, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a spa and wellness centre where I received top-notch beauty treatments.

This hotel is highly recommended for families as there are plenty of facilities and amenities that will cater to their needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially the valets who made parking during these challenging times a breeze. The restaurant, Teatro, was a pleasant surprise with delicious food, and we also enjoyed the tasty dishes at Long Bar. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the metro and surrounded by many dining options. This made it easy for us to explore both the old and new parts of the city without any hassle.

the staff at the 24th floor lounge made a huge difference with their constant smiles and willingness to assist. They even arranged free airport transfers. the club room was great value for money, with the option to have breakfast downstairs or in the club room. Although the variety of snacks in the club room was limited, it was still a good deal. the hotel was clean, and the staff were polite. Plus, the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and only 500 meters away from the metro station.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. the location was also convenient, as it was close to the metro station and various cafes and stores. the hotel room was very spacious, which made my stay more comfortable.

That the room I initially received was congested and lacked natural light. Another issue I encountered was having to constantly follow up with the staff to ensure that my requests were accommodated.
