The location of the hotel was great and it was easy to access the NEC. The room was spacious and had nice toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was affordable and delicious.

The breakfast options at Arden Hotel And Leisure Club were not to my liking as I don't eat much in the morning. However, I found a great alternative at the nearby Greggs in the Esso petrol station. The pool, though a bit worn, provided a good place to relax after a long day at the NEC show halls. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The free parking and proximity to the NEC and Resorts World were also convenient. I would recommend this hotel.
