We loved the spacious and clean rooms with a nice upgrade. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doormen and Luca the manager. The location on Piccadilly Street was perfect and easily accessible. The hotel facilities were great, including the bar with its fabulous cocktails. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

Recently refurbished reception floor & frontage with plush new furnishings. Fabulous bar with great staff & cocktails. Friendly & welcoming staff, especially the doormen. Clean and smart room, although small. Perfect location within walking distance of most spots and close to tube station. Excellent for shopping. Cared for every little detail for our kids, with surprises every evening. Wonderful family experience.

I gotta say, The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences really exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully designed, with amazing features and a great view. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep ever. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The ambiance was nice, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were extremely comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring this beautiful city. We also loved the location, as the hotel is opposite Green Park, giving us easy access to the lovely parks nearby. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and we made use of the spa during our stay.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations for our romantic escape. The rooms were beautifully furnished, with a lovely contemporary style and all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptional, from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpfulness of the concierge team. We particularly enjoyed the bar area, which was both comfortable and stylish. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions.

There were no negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the city.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location on Piccadilly, close to Shepherd's Market and shops. The staff greeted us with a warm "Welcome Home Sir" every time we returned. The deluxe room was comfortable with great amenities, and the restaurant had excellent service. The bar area and outside seating were lovely, and the spa, though small, was functional and not crowded. The beds were super comfortable and the gym had new and clean equipment.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to all the attractions we had planned, such as Buckingham Palace and the Royal Academy of Arts. It is also conveniently close to the tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The service from the staff was friendly and efficient.

Some guests mentioned a stain on the carpet in their room.

I stayed at The Athenaeum Hotel for a weekend getaway and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, from the receptionist who upgraded my room to the bartender who was incredibly friendly. The room was well-designed with ample lighting, international plug points, and a lovely view of Hyde Park. The bathroom was compact but functional, with heated towel racks and great water pressure. The location was unbeatable, right in front of Hyde Park and within walking distance to popular attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check into our room early and made us feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spa session, drinks on the terrace outside, and a fabulous breakfast. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the Green Park Underground Station, with easy access to all the attractions. We were amazed by the beautiful view of Green Park from our room, perfect for a romantic getaway. It was a truly special experience.
