The food at the hotel was impressive and I was particularly impressed with their commitment to being environmentally friendly. The luxury lodge I stayed in was clean, cozy, and had plenty of amenities. The spa bath was a lovely touch. The staff was accommodating and efficient, especially a local Northumberland lady and a European lady who stood out for their exceptional service. The observatory experience under a cloudless sky was truly fascinating.

We chose this hotel due to its excellent disabled access facilities for our friend who had recently had a stroke. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. The facilities were ideal, the location superb, and the stunning garden added to the overall experience. The food and wine were absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also appreciated that the hotel is eco-friendly and pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our dogs along. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
