We loved staying at this place! The location on the edge of Dartmoor National Park was absolutely stunning. The staff provided excellent service, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, including a personalized message, treats, and a blanket for our furry friend. The in-room breakfast hampers were a delicious and convenient touch. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, and we enjoyed relaxing in the garden area. We highly recommend this venue to families.

The food was amazing, and the complimentary dessert for our anniversary was thoughtful. We would definitely recommend and come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The setting, near Dartmoor, was absolutely beautiful. The hotel's large gardens with a lively stream running through them provided a picturesque backdrop. The staff, especially the younger members, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The hotel facilities were great, with a separate dining room and menu for residents, ensuring a unique dining experience. The food was outstanding and offered great value for money. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

The hotel had a prime location with breathtaking views of the moor in Dartmoor National Park. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding grounds and taking in the stunning scenery. We had a lovely few days at Bearslake Inn, a beautiful hotel in a peaceful location near Dartmoor. The building has so much character and the staff were incredibly kind, efficient, and always helpful. The restaurant and bar offered excellent meals, adding to our overall enjoyment. The room was clean and the lady who assisted us was lovely. We would definitely return, as long as the showers were a bit warmer.

the room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. the Inn is located next to the Granite Way, which offers breathtaking views and a lovely walking trail. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing an anniversary card, chocolates, and treats for my dog. I only stayed for one night, but I would have loved to stay longer. This Inn is also dog-friendly throughout, making it the perfect choice for pet owners.

The shower in the attic triple room was practically unusable. I'm not that tall, but I still had to practically fold myself in half to fit under it.

The lovely old inn had such a charming atmosphere, transporting you back in time. The bar was stocked with a great selection of ales, wines, and whiskeys. The food was absolutely divine, with well thought-out flavors and incredible desserts. The welcoming staff made us feel right at home. We were even grateful for the dog-friendly policy. I highly recommend this hotel.

As young people, we loved the warm and friendly atmosphere at this charming inn. The staff were welcoming and treated our puppy like royalty, with cuddles and treats. It was great to see other dogs around for our pup to play with. The location was perfect, with a beautiful walk right beside the inn, alongside a picturesque stream that led to an old railway bridge. The view from there was absolutely stunning. The food at the inn was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised when they brought out a complimentary plate of dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was a thoughtful and delicious gesture. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

The value for the money at this charming inn was excellent. The room we stayed in, called the Hayloft, was spacious with a large bathroom and a fantastic shower. The location of the inn was beautiful, with lovely views over Dartmoor. The staff at Bearslake Inn were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only suggestion I would have for improving the breakfast option would be to offer more variety in the continental hamper.

stayed here for the night and it was absolutely charming. The Garden Room was comfy and spacious, and the in-room amenities were a nice touch. The large beautiful garden was perfect for our dog, and the surrounding area had great walks. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
