The location of the apartment is convenient as it is not far from the city centre. it is situated in an industrial part of town, allowing for a unique experience. There is also a communal smoking area right in front of the building, perfect for those who enjoy smoking.

Although the apartment has many positives, there is one negative aspect worth mentioning. Some guests experienced difficulty with communication, such as not receiving replies to messages or unclear instructions for key collection.
