The location was perfect, close to the beach and the pleasure beach for the kids. The room was clean and tidy, with toiletries topped up daily. The owners were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to perfection with great service. We also appreciated the suggestions from the owners for things to do and places to eat.

Parking can be challenging, but the owners allowed us to briefly park on the pavement to unload/load our luggage.

The breakfast made by Jan was delicious and cooked to order. We also appreciated the bonus of umbrellas being provided when the rain caught us. We truly didn't want to leave and can't wait to return.

Our room was a bit stuffy during the night, but this was due to the hot weather and the owners couldn't have done anything about it. the stairs were quite steep, which might be an issue for some people, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Loved the convenient location near tram and bus stops. Fairhaven Holiday Flats offered comfort and great value for my extended stay. The free WiFi and guests' lounge were a nice bonus. Perfect for a group of friends like us!

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the seafront but not so close that it's noisy from revellers and traffic. It is also conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance of the main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and tea/coffee making facilities. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast is tasty and filling, meeting all the guests' needs.

The bathroom in one of the rooms is a bit small.

Parking was a bit challenging on the same street, but there were plenty of options nearby. the family room was lovely, with a double and single bed. the bathroom was compact yet well-designed, with thoughtful touches like a child seat on the toilet. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hosts, Andy and Jan, were welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious and served early, allowing us to enjoy a full day of fun. I highly recommend this place for a mini break.
