Our weekend stay was fantastic! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large flat-screen TV and all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of options to suit everyone's taste. It was the perfect way to start our busy days exploring the nearby attractions. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the motorway and nearby areas such as North Wales, Cheshire Oaks, and Chester.

While our stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the scalding hot water in the bathroom was a bit concerning, and it would have been helpful to have signage to warn guests about it.

We got great value for our money and had a lovely room with canal views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
