This hotel's location is fantastic, being in the heart of the city and near local attractions such as the symphony hall. The room was spacious and had a proper separate comfortable desk space, with stunning outside views. Facilities such as free water and proper blackout curtains were provided, making the stay even more comfortable.

The general service could be improved as some staff did not provide a personal touch and lacked understanding at the reception.

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas by walking. Everything we needed was nearby. The room facilities were great, including many amenities such as a kettle, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness centre was also a highlight, providing us with an indoor pool, sauna, and massage services.

Despite some prompt responses from staff, we had trouble finding them on occasion when we required their assistance. And though they were unable to fulfill one of our special requests, the personal and friendly service felt like we were staying at a small hotel.

I was delighted by the stunning views from the room and enjoyed the clean and well-equipped leisure facilities. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey, the tasty food options and friendly service made it worth it. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room on the 18th floor was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always wearing a smile. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants.

The pool and spa area could use some upgrading, as there was quite a bit of hair in and around the pool and jacuzzi. The bathroom in our room could have been more modern and of higher quality.

Great location for attending events at the Symphony Hall. Well-maintained and modern hotel with comfortable rooms and stunning city views. The Regency club offers a good selection of snacks and drinks. Reception and club staff provided excellent service. I would recommend this hotel.
