The hotel's location was perfect, right in town and close to everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed some urgent paperwork printed. A special shoutout to Lydia for being so lovely and helping me retrieve my forgotten phone charger. The room was larger than expected with a comfortable double bed and all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of hot and cold options. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with a car park nearby and a tram stop just a short walk away. Despite a small bathroom, it had all the necessary amenities and was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel also fulfilled our request to have two rooms next to each other, which was very helpful.

We did experience a few minor issues during our stay, such as a broken window that wouldn't fully close, resulting in some noise and drafts in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, but the staff quickly provided us with a fan as a solution.

The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and had ample room for all our luggage. The beds were long enough and comfortable, and we were grateful for the hairdryer provided. The room, although slightly smaller than other hotels I've stayed at, was clean and functional. The shower had good water pressure and hot water was always available. The car park across the road, which we used at a discounted rate provided by the hotel, was convenient. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the staff kept everything well stocked. The location was ideal, with an easy 12-minute walk to City Hall. The lifts in the hotel worked well and the staff were friendly and capable. it was a lovely stay.
