The hotel's location was perfect, right in town and close to everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed some urgent paperwork printed. A special shoutout to Lydia for being so lovely and helping me retrieve my forgotten phone charger. The room was larger than expected with a comfortable double bed and all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of hot and cold options. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with a car park nearby and a tram stop just a short walk away. Despite a small bathroom, it had all the necessary amenities and was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel also fulfilled our request to have two rooms next to each other, which was very helpful.

We did experience a few minor issues during our stay, such as a broken window that wouldn't fully close, resulting in some noise and drafts in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, but the staff quickly provided us with a fan as a solution.

The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and had ample room for all our luggage. The beds were long enough and comfortable, and we were grateful for the hairdryer provided. The room, although slightly smaller than other hotels I've stayed at, was clean and functional. The shower had good water pressure and hot water was always available. The car park across the road, which we used at a discounted rate provided by the hotel, was convenient. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the staff kept everything well stocked. The location was ideal, with an easy 12-minute walk to City Hall. The lifts in the hotel worked well and the staff were friendly and capable. it was a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the arena, shops, and restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was fantastic. The helpful staff made my stay even better and the breakfast smelled delicious. Additionally, the security measures provided reassurance. it was a solid and dependable experience.

The in-room heater was a bit noisy.

The breakfast at Ibis Sheffield was superb, with a variety of options available. We loved the 'help yourself' cooked buffet, which made it easy to have exactly what we wanted. The room we stayed in was also quiet and dark, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The location next to the main train station and city center was incredibly convenient, only a 10-minute walk away.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sheffield city centre, which I found to be great value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a tram station nearby and regular trams to the city centre and nearby train station. The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and provided further supplies as needed, such as an extra fan for those hot nights and vegan hot options for breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large beds and good powerful showers. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided.

The hotel was ideal for a short stay, convenient to the city centre with good tram services nearby. the rooms were modern and stylish, with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. the bathroom was surprisingly good, with a great shower. Tea and coffee facilities were included in the room, and the breakfast had all the basics, cooked to perfection, and very enjoyable. the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable. Added bonuses were the easy access to the city and the good security on the doors.

Noise was an issue on the first night due to a broken window seal. However, upon notifying the staff, we were promptly offered a room change for the second night, which was much appreciated.
