The hotel had a good location, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city. the parking facility was also convenient, allowing us to easily park our car without any hassle.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with a dirty sink and shower tray filled with toothpaste, hairs, and even grass. the room itself was tired, with marks and stains on the walls and curtains.

Very secure entry with key fob usage. Comfortable beds in a well-presented room. Tasty and fresh breakfast. Clean room with ample toiletries provided. No noise disturbance from the road.

I recently stayed at the Hand & Sceptre for a weekend getaway and I had an excellent experience. The staff was attentive and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view of the cricket pitch. The food was delicious and they even accommodated my dietary requirements. The room itself was impeccable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided and the flat-screen TV in the room. Additionally, the hotel had a charming garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

Stayed for Easter and had an amazing time! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Really appreciated the complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns upon arrival, a lovely touch. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing extra towels upon request. Clean and well-maintained facilities, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom was on the smaller side and didn't have much counter space, which made getting ready a bit of a challenge. encountered some noise from outside the hotel, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The highlight of my stay was the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The ribeye steak I ordered was cooked to perfection and exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Innkeeper's Collection in Southborough for a few nights while visiting family in Tunbridge Wells. The location was perfect for my travel purpose. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were recently refurbished and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were lovely. I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary breakfast, which had a wide choice and was nicely presented.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my recent stay at The Hand & Sceptre, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcomed. The highlight of my experience was the food. The restaurant served delicious meals, and I was impressed by the quality and presentation. The breakfast had a good selection and was the perfect way to start my day.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the room being a bit small and the windows not closing properly, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. The staff quickly addressed any issues I had, and I appreciated their prompt response.
