Great value for money with a fantastic breakfast included. Loved that it was available until 11:30am. The room was lovely and had all the necessary amenities. Although small and cozy, it was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was amazing, close to the river and just a short drive away from Broughty Ferry and St. Andrews. The beach runs in the morning were absolutely magical. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. It is very centrally placed for everything, including the train station of Borough Ferry. The fact that it is right in the heart of Broughty Ferry with ample free parking at the harbour is a fantastic bonus. The service from the staff was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming faces greeting us upon arrival. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than satisfactory, with everything needed included. The rooms themselves were comfortable and modern, with nice facilities. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was included in the price and offered a wide variety of options for early risers.
