After having pub food for the rest of the walk, this was a welcome treat. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the comfortable bed made it difficult to get out of in the morning. Additionally, the room was peaceful and quiet at night, allowing us to get a restful sleep. The staff, especially Deborah, were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. She greeted us with a warm smile after a long day of walking in heavy rain, even offering to dry our shoes off. The freshly cooked breakfast served by the host was excellent, truly satisfying our taste buds.
