We had a lovely stay at this venue - it was situated in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. We were impressed with the level of service provided by the staff, who gave us great recommendations and offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, and we particularly enjoyed the in-room coffee and tea facilities. Finally, the terrace was a wonderful spot to enjoy some fresh air and relax.

I can't rave enough about our stay at Malmaison. Travelled with my 7 yr old son for 3 action-packed days, so 2 nights at the hotel. Our room was quirky and comfy, staff exceptional - friendly and knowledgeable. Bounteous and delicious breakfast, perfect location on the waterfront with easy walking distances to attractions. Thank you, Malmaison, for the highlight of our summer holidays this year!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

During our recent stay at Malmaison, we thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and informative staff, who were always willing to help. The spacious room allowed my girlfriend to comfortably do her makeup in front of the window before we went out for the night. We were impressed with the hotel's consideration for dietary restrictions, offering non-dairy and gluten-free options for breakfast. Additionally, the recommended parking next door was very convenient, although not free.

the hotel was lovely and had a great entrance with a fireplace on display. the comfortable, spacious room and helpful, friendly staff exceeded our expectations. located in a quiet area within walking distance of attractions. fantastic cocktails!

The staff at Malmaison were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a slight issue with the sink tap in our room, but the manager quickly arranged for it to be fixed. The lobby was inviting and the food was delicious. I had a great experience at Malmaison Liverpool and would recommend it to others.

our stay at malmaison was superb. the location, clean rooms, and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. we appreciated their efforts to accommodate our requests, including providing a cot for our infant. the views of the docks were beautiful and we enjoyed the stylish bar.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious bathroom. The staff at reception and breakfast room were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near major tourist attractions on the river was perfect, just down the promenade from Albert Docks and close to the train station.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Liverpool and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the shopping centre and a stunning view of the river. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the facilities provided, such as the bathrobes and toiletries. it was a great stay.

There was one minor issue with the hotel. The housekeepers were a bit disruptive, even though we had put the do not disturb sign on the door.

The location and decor were great, giving off a cool Gothy vibe. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was large and comfy. Breakfast was lovely.
