It was a perfect family holiday, as we felt comfortable letting our kids roam freely. the staff, including Laura, Zoe, and Justina, were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond for us. They even arranged for an early check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had great facilities to use.

The staff went above and beyond, arranging a travel cot and decorating the room for my husband's birthday. The room was stylish, clean, and well-facilitated with excellent bedding and towels. The power shower was fantastic and the tea/coffee/water provided was great. The keyless entry and check-in process was convenient. The host was attentive and helpful, even offering restaurant recommendations. we were extremely impressed and can't wait to return!

Loved the cozy and romantic atmosphere! The room decor was gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed and a clean and modern bathroom. I enjoyed having fresh linens and towels, and the coffee and tea available in the room. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the town and all it had to offer. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants, making the experience so much more enjoyable.

The outside of the building could use some work, with an unattractive entrance that was a bit difficult to find. It was also a bit noisy at times, with a loud shower from the room upstairs and some street noise, but overall it didn't detract too much from our experience. All in all, it was a lovely romantic escape and we would definitely stay here again!

During my stay at the New Park Hotel, I had an unfortunate car accident, but thanks to the amazing host, Zoe, my experience turned out to be incredible. Zoe went above and beyond to help us, from collecting my husband's mobility scooter from the damaged car to even finding a charger for my forgotten iPad. Her kindness and remarkable assistance truly made a lasting impression on us.

The location of the hotel was convenient, despite the initial appearance being a bit dingy. However, once inside, the hotel was light, airy, and well-decorated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The no contact check-in option was perfect for us, especially for someone with anxiety. We appreciated that everything was done through text, and we only needed to call the owner once for instructions on how to get our keycard. The owner was very understanding and accommodating, even though we arrived late due to train issues. The bathroom was surprisingly luxurious, and the double glazing on the windows was a nice touch. The room itself was well-presented and the WiFi was speedy. we were impressed with the cleanliness, practicality, and quietness of the hotel.
