Larger apartment provided ample space for three guests. Rooms were large with comfortable beds. Walk-in shower with plenty of towels and hot water. Bedrooms provided privacy and storage. Convenient shop with COSTA and other essentials. a pleasant stay with friendly and welcoming staff.

We had a great time at Newlands Holidays! The views from the site were stunning and the facilities were easily accessible. The free children's club in the mornings was a hit with our kids and gave us a much-needed break. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to help with birthday cards. The on-site shop had fair prices and the laundry facilities were cheaper than average. Despite the neighboring caravans being loud, we still enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place for a family holiday.

Well-equipped spacious apartment. Useful on-site shop. Plenty of play areas for children. Plenty of parking. Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis nearby. Nice facilities, clean rooms. The Tow Bar restaurant has great food. Nice activities like bingo.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite, especially the man at the front desk and the handy man. The location of the hotel was great, as it was near the beautiful Lyme Regis and within 7 miles of Seaton and Beer. the hotel had a nice pool, which was perfect for splashing about. The nearby beaches, particularly Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis, were also a short walk away.

There was one downside to the hotel. The hotel was located on a flight path, so there were constant helicopters in the evening, which could be quite noisy and disruptive.
