The value for money at Novotel was great, with comfortable beds and a clean room. The location was excellent, close to canals and restaurants, and within walking distance to the train and city centre. The staff were friendly and check-in was effortless.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center. It's so convenient to be within walking distance of the central attractions on broad street which has everything you could need. The staff here are top-notch, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. I was impressed with the room amenities, from the ironing facilities to the flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers a wide range of dining options, from the restaurant to the bar/lounge area. I had a fantastic experience here.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room amenities were superb, including a cozy sitting area and a well-stocked mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious drinks. the service and quality of this hotel were exceptional.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the overall service was top-notch. The hotel's proximity to the Utilita Arena was a major plus for concert-goers. The room itself was spacious and included a mini fridge.

Stayed for a concert at the Utilita Arena. Ideal location, a short walk away. Warm welcome from Nan at check-in, very helpful and informative. Room was perfect, clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a huge TV. Nice bar area with great food options. a very positive first impression.

The room was small and outdated, and the air conditioning unit was noisy and not very effective.
