I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Oxford. The place was spotless clean, quiet, and had well-furnished rooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were nice and there was even an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. I also appreciated the underground garage and easy access to the flat via a lift. The wifi was fast and the communication with the manager was excellent. The location was also great, with good proximity to the city center and a nice Asian restaurant nearby.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

We stayed in a lovely apartment located by the canal, which provided a peaceful and serene setting. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the city centre and close to the charming areas of Jericho and Summertown. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, with a big bed and nice decor. The kitchen was well-fitted and had all the essentials. The host, John, was attentive and provided excellent communication throughout our stay.

It would have been helpful to have more instructions in the apartment, especially regarding the heating and hot water.

oxford has once again impressed us during our honeymoon. great location, easy check-in, and friendly host. can walk everywhere and enjoy the sunshine. a truly unforgettable stay!

Washing machine not working properly.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, right next to the castle. It is also conveniently close to a great Malaysian restaurant and within walking distance to the town centre and suburbs. The spacious rooms and modern bathrooms provide a comfortable stay. The directions for check-in were detailed and easy to follow.

The overall process of staying here was poorly organised and extremely stressful.

We got great value for our money with a bright, clean and lovely flat that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a short walk into town and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with a better variety of kitchen utensils and cleaner glasses and crockery upon arrival.

The location for us was great. It’s a decent and easy walk to the centre either through Jericho or along the canal which was really lovely even in the rain. The host was very easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The apartment was great and clean with everything you needed for a stay. The beds were really comfy & very modern bathrooms. Apartment is very good value for money, cheaper than a hotel with the added bonus of more space, sitting area and kitchen, much more convenient. The location is great - plenty of good pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and not too far to walk into the city centre. Support was very good. We got parked and found the keys but unfortunately the door from the underground car park to the apartments was broken. A quick phone call sorted it out, they weren't aware and the door was fixed the following day, and we got directions to walk around which wasn't an issue. We also had a problem with the bed but this was fixed immediately the next day. These things happen, the important thing was the speed to resolve them and the availability of someone on the end of the phone.
