We loved the spacious and beautifully designed rooms, especially the amazing ensuite bathrooms. The breakfast baskets and snacks provided in the room were a lovely touch. The location was perfect, right in the centre of this charming city, close to pubs, bars, and restaurants. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the town with easy access to everything. The room was cute and cozy, with modern decor and a lovely shower. The continental breakfast provided in the room was a nice touch, with a variety of options including porridge, fresh orange, and croissants.

The owner was unhelpful and seemed to lack interest in the guests. The phone call before arrival was short and unhelpful, and we were left to find parking on our own.

We got great value for our money, the room was beautiful with a mix of traditional and modern amenities. The location was fantastic, with convenient parking nearby. The staff treated us exceptionally well and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

One suggestion for breakfast would be to offer a wider variety of items, especially in terms of hot options.

the location was perfect, situated right in the heart of everything Conwy has to offer. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the modernized bathrooms were a plus. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the tea/coffee making facilities and fridge were very useful. the breakfast provided was nice enough and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. Pen Y Bryn Bed & Breakfast provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a really lovely stay at Pen Y Bryn Bed & Breakfast. the location was fantastic, right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. the bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. the highlight was the huge luxury bathroom, one of the nicest hotel bathrooms we have ever seen. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the added bonus of having the castle just around the corner.
