Stayed at Phoenix Guest House for 3 nights from 3rd to 6th September. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast bag each morning and had tea making facilities in the room. The room had a shared bathroom nearby and the bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located near parking, stores, and the promenade. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and nicely decorated. a pleasant stay and I will definitely try to book again for next year.

As young people, we loved the convenient location, just a stones throw away from the beach and a short walk to the city center. The cute rooms were equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a great shower. We also appreciated the option to purchase a voucher for a delicious full English breakfast at a nearby diner. The hotel even provided free discount cards for various establishments in the area, adding to the value of our stay.

The location of the guest house was superb, just a minute's walk from the promenade and conveniently close to all the major attractions. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a small en-suite bathroom with plenty of hot running water. The staff were pleasant and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the continental breakfast offered was a lovely start to the day. a great place to stay for its prime location and comfortable accommodations.

There was a small inconvenience with the shower, as it cycled from hot to cold within seconds.
