We had a fantastic new year stay at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a great walk-in shower. The key location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from a 24-hour car park and the River Street. Another advantage we enjoyed was the air conditioning in the room, which was a huge relief during the hot weather.

The only downside we encountered was that our room was facing a busy road junction, which led to some traffic noise during the night. This was a bit bothersome at times, as it disturbed our sleep.

Our stay at Pilgrims Progress was fantastic. We had a great experience with the staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby food options and shopping. The hotel provided daily cookies in our room, which was a nice touch. Despite a small noise issue from the hallway, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Pilgrims Progress Wetherspoon in Bedford for three nights. The check-in staff were incredibly friendly and allowed me to choose my preferred room. The housekeeping staff were efficient in changing the pillows and duvet to my liking. The room was spacious and had a separate area for my stepdaughter. The reception staff were always friendly and prompt in assisting me. The room itself was spotless and had all the conveniences I could ask for. The hotel's central location and proximity to the bus station made it convenient. I will definitely choose to stay at a Wetherspoon's hotel again.

The room was spacious enough for the four of us, including a travel cot for our baby. Everything was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the nice touch of hot chocolate, tea, and biscuits left in the room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town center. We were able to easily access everything, and it was great being adjacent to the bus station and very near to the train station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we asked to upgrade our room. They only charged us what we would have paid for dinner at the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. this hotel exceeded our expectations and offered excellent value for money.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was perfect for my visit. The location was great and the price was affordable. The recent renovations to the pub/restaurant created a wonderful atmosphere, and the food and drinks were excellent. The room was spotless with a comfy bed and plenty of towels. The added bonus of food available until 11pm was a great perk. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff were helpful in rectifying any issues promptly. I'm already looking forward to my next stay here.

I was disappointed to find that there is no fridge in the room. It would have been helpful to have a small fridge to store perishable items like fruit or yogurt.

Had a great time during my xmas stay. The room was fantastic, with nice modern decor and very clean. I appreciated the complementary biscuits and bottled water, it's the small things. The bed was very comfortable and perfect for a good rest. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of the town, close to all the shops and restaurants.

Parking was the only issue for me as the hotel doesn't have a private parking lot. The nearest public car park was a bit of a walk and only offered limited free parking hours.
