Unfortunately, my room had issues that detracted from my experience. The air conditioning unit was rather noisy one night, disrupting my sleep, and the shower temperature fluctuated, making it hard to enjoy a comfortable wash. While I appreciated the staff's prompt response to my complaints, it felt disappointing to encounter these challenges during my stay.

The breakfast options were limited.

Great location next to South Ruislip station, making it super easy to hop on a train and reach Oxford Street in under 40 minutes. Free parking for £10 was a plus too.

Nice staff and cozy vibes

I stayed for a few nights. The staff were super friendly and quick to help. The room was comfy and the shower was reliably hot. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, though, since the options were pretty limited. Having to deal with broken air conditioning was a bit of a drag during the heat wave. Still, location was decent with shops nearby.

don't let the friendly staff fool you. the air conditioning was barely functioning and the room reeked of neglected cleanliness. also, expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, and got nothing. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but the excessive wait for clean sheets and the shabby carpet ruined it for me.

Oh darling, just a hop to the tube and I was off to London in no time! A clean room with comfy beds made it a cozy stay. Plus, local pubs and Sainsbury's across the street were a bonus!

But honestly, did my bathroom need a moldy makeover? And the air conditioning? It must’ve been on holiday while I was sweating!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The location was fantastic for accessing public transport. However, the air conditioning was problematic and the decor felt quite dated. While the breakfast was a mixed bag, do be prepared to pay extra for eggs. Be sure to check room condition upon arrival!

Requested a quiet room but ended up in a noisy one, right next to the busy road and close to an overhead railway, making for an uncomfortable stay. The reception was helpful, but the broken window latch compounded the noise issue. On the positive side, the continental breakfast offered fresh local products, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
