I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at a hotel close to Paddington station. The staff were kind and accommodating, even moving me to a better room upon request. The breakfast was basic but satisfying, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was unbeatable - just a quick walk to the train station and plenty of cafes and shops around. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we could need, including a minibar and in-room safe. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even venturing out to find a taxi for us. We also loved the spa and wellness centre, which had everything from a sauna to a treatment room.

The hotel provided complimentary breakfast which was nice, especially considering the high cost of food in the city. the location was great with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. Finally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was quite small and cramped, with poor use of the limited space. our room was located right next to the noisy lift, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We experienced a minor issue with the staff not delivering the requested jug of water to our room. However, the courteous and helpful staff immediately corrected the issue when we reported it.
