The location next to the harbour and in the pedestrian zone was perfect for exploring this charming town. It was also conveniently close to food shops and not far from the ferry. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, offering prompt assistance and making me feel welcomed.

We had a fabulous time at a cozy inn in Cowes. The location was perfect, right across from the marina gate, making it convenient for us to access the hotel from our boat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The food at the inn was also excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Despite a few minor issues, such as a small shower and occasional noise from the high street activities, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially Steve, were extremely accommodating and friendly, offering top-notch service throughout our time there.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a good experience. the room was clean and had basic amenities like TV and Wi-Fi. the location was ideal, as it was close to the shopping areas, restaurants, and ferry. the staff was pleasant, and they were not intrusive, but they were helpful when needed.

The noise level was high, especially on Sunday and Monday mornings, due to deliveries and vans on the streets outside. the water pipes were loud, and the walls thin, which made it difficult to sleep quietly.

They quickly resolved an issue with the WiFi in my room by offering me a new room as soon as it became available. The linen and towels were exceptionally clean and bright, prompting me to use extra vanish in my own laundry. The inn's location is perfect, with easy access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and the red jet.
