On Friday & Saturday evening, there was a lot of noise even though we were two floors above the Bar area. This made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.

Check-in was smooth and I was able to switch rooms easily. The bar staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore the historic buildings and enjoy the Christmas market.

The elevator only went up to the second floor, which was inconvenient for my third-floor room. The overhead shower lacked a shower hat, and the air conditioning was quite noisy, so I had to keep it off most of the time.

The room at Crown Wetherspoon was absolutely fabulous. I loved the old and characterful building, and the modern features made it even better. The air conditioning was fantastic, especially on a hot day. I also found the staff to be nice and the value for money was seriously high. I had a superb experience.

The only minor inconvenience was the limited parking provision. Since I had a car with a roof rack, I wasn't sure if it would fit in the Crown Shopping Centre carpark due to the height limit.

loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the city, great staff and comfy room. felt pampered and looked after. will definitely stay here again.

Excellent central location for easy access to the city's nightlife and shopping areas. Clean room with en-suite shower, coffee making facilities, and TV. Conveniently located adjacent to a pub. Car park discount and close proximity to parking. Higher standard room than expected. 👍

Xmas’ getaway was good with some Likes. we received two complimentary mince pies and mulled wine on arrival which was a lovely gesture. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the train station was just a short walk away. Another advantage was the comfortable bed which provided a good night’s sleep.

There were some Dislikes. The noise level in the early morning was unbearable, with council workers and delivery drivers making an incredible amount of noise.

Staying here was such a pleasant experience! This place is right in the center of everything, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and even a supermarket right on the doorstep. We loved the fact that it was a pedestrian shopping area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The room was spacious and very well-equipped, especially the smartly tiled, extra-large walk-in shower area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from offering to bring our luggage to the room to providing excellent housekeeping service. The room had all the necessary amenities, including heating, air conditioning, free toiletries, an electric kettle. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay.

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel. The location, comfort, and quality of service make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting this city.

I recently stayed at a hotel on Broad Street, which was surrounded by bustling pedestrianised shopping areas. The location was perfect as it was in the heart of the City Centre, close to the railway station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel had a quirky charm with its narrow hallways and corners, adding to the overall unique experience.

One slight downside was that the breakfast offered at the adjoining pub was not up to par. The food was lukewarm and the cutlery was dirty, so I would recommend exploring other breakfast options in town.

We always stay at this place every year for the Plum Festival at Worcester Race Course. The location is perfect, right in the centre, down an alley opposite the Wetherspoons pub. It's surrounded by pedestrianised shopping areas, making it ideal for a night out. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a duty manager always available. The rooms are excellent, with spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms. The beds are large and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are modern and the showers are the best I've ever encountered in a hotel - easy to use and adjust the temperature. the amenities and services provided by this hotel are top-notch.
