the staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel was so comfortable with lovely lounge areas and a pleasant room overlooking the sea front, the breakfast was lovely and very professionally served with lots of choice

We loved our stay at this place. The location was amazing, right next to the beach and within walking distance of the town center. The room was well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even doubling up as waiters. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There were a few negatives to our stay. The mattress in our room could definitely do with replacing, as it was quite worn out and uncomfortable.

We were thrilled to find a dog-friendly hotel for our last-minute trip. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing our furry friend to join us for meals and making sure we felt welcome. The room was clean and bright, with spotless linens. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff. The food was excellent and great value for money. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a small room and some noise from neighboring rooms, our overall experience at this hotel was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. it was a wonderful stay at a dog-friendly and people-friendly hotel.

Stayed at Kensington for 3 days. Perfect location with sand dunes right outside onto beach. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Convenient pre-booked breakfast brought to room. Hand sanitizers provided and ample parking. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Staff was welcoming, attentive, and the restaurant had good variety and tasty food. Bar open late, check-in/check-out times were flexible. Will be visiting again.
