We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem in Norfolk. The location was perfect, with shops and the beautiful coast just a short walk away. The room was beautifully decorated and cosy, with a brilliant shower in the modern bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who gave us a warm welcome. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, with spot-on eggs royale included. a wonderful experience.

The duvet was a bit light for chilly evenings, but that was easily solved by sharing a larger bed.

The restaurant offered a locally sourced and well-thought-out menu, with the best steaks I've ever had. They even accommodated my friend's complex food intolerance, creating specially made dishes just for her. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent dining and service with a smile.

The location was ideal for my needs as it was close to where I had my business meetings. It made it convenient for me to get around without wasting too much time in traffic.

One thing that bothered me was the noise level in the evenings. The walls seemed quite thin and I could hear people talking and doors banging, especially at closing time.

The rooms at this hotel are on the small side, but they are tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The large en-suite bathrooms are a pleasant surprise, with fabulous showers. The hotel also provides good facilities, including proper ground coffee in the bedrooms and a decent reading light by the bed. The breakfast is impressive, with a sausage that is actually brown and served with great fresh coffee. The location of the hotel is also great, close to the coast and just a short distance from the shops and the sea.

All was ok, but the reception and restaurant staff could be more efficient.

our recent stay at the kings head was even better than our previous visit in holt. the comfortable room, excellent ensuite bathroom, and friendly staff made our stay exceptional. the dimmable lights and delicious breakfast were highlights. can't wait to return!

Noisy gravel drive, both late and early.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and the location was great for exploring the area. Plus, there was a beautiful garden area to relax in.

The service was quite slow throughout our stay. We waited an extended time for our meals, and the staff seemed unorganized and overwhelmed.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with my room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the comfortable lounge/bar area with a cozy fireplace to the lovely breakfast room and separate bar lined with books. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with tasty sausages and bacon, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend getaway at The King's Head in Holt. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and the room was immaculate with a charming country inn character. We loved the cozy ambiance with an open fire and live jazz on Friday night. The restaurant was superb, and the pricing was reasonable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the beautiful AONB, and we were delighted with the extra touches in our stylish room, such as the carafe of water and fresh locally ground coffee. The staff, especially the duty manager, were polite, friendly, and attentive. The ample parking was also a plus.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel offers warm and comfortable rooms with quality amenities, a comfortable bed, and ample pillows. The bar and dining areas have a charming country style, and the food is excellent. The staff are delightful and the location in parkland adds to the peaceful atmosphere. As foreign tourists, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
