Great location and value for money. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the area and offers good value for the price. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a non-slip mat in the bathroom which was a nice touch. It was also convenient to have a restaurant serving food until late in the evening, making it easy to grab a meal after a long day of exploring.

The service at the reception could have been better. There were times when no one was at the desk, resulting in a wait for check-in and check-out.

From the receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, to the cleaner who found extra bits for our young son, the service was top-notch. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed that provided a great night's sleep. And let's not forget the value for money - the prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. this hotel ticked all the boxes for me and I can't wait to come back.

I recently stayed at The King's Head Hotel in Monmouth for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is housed in a characterful building right in the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring shops, cafes, and the nearby river. The room was cozy and had the added bonus of air conditioning, which was perfect during the warm weather. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even arranging a storage room for our bikes. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options available at a reasonable price. a great stay.

I was impressed with the quality and comfort of my room at The King's Head Hotel. The fixtures and fittings were top-notch, and the large size of the room made it very enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was bright and modern. There was everything we needed in the room. Good beverage tray. Spare towels and extra bedding. Hairdryer and iron and ironing board. Air-conditioning and good lighting, TV and good mirrors. Very nice place to stay in the center of town. The location and nice room.

Didn't like being disturbed before 9am to see if we needed fresh towels, bottled water, tea, coffee sachets, etc. could have waited until after 11am like most other places.

Great visit! The staff were excellent and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the large and clean venue, with plenty of seating available. The drink choice was good and the food we had was tasty and reasonably priced. we had a good experience and would recommend it.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room we were assigned was hot and noisy, as it faced the garden.

The warm welcome, fully refurbished room, clean and comfortable bed, quick and efficient service, polite and attentive staff.
