I had a fantastic stay at this adults-only resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, making me feel right at home. The food and drinks were of high quality, especially the breakfast options at the Market place. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the gym and the spa. The location on the Riviera Maya coastline was stunning, with beautiful beaches perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

Absolutely incredible hotel! Was a bit skeptical of staying in an all-inclusive but this was so much better than we expected. The room was beautiful with a massive super comfortable bed. The beach was lovely. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Best of all the food was amazing - some of the best we had during our stay in Mexico. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at a stunning resort in a great location. The service was excellent, and the three pools offered a variety of quiet and lively options. I loved the zen music playing outside, and the on-site restaurants provided delicious food and different atmospheres. The room with a jacuzzi was a highlight, and despite the hotel's size, it never felt overcrowded. I had a fabulous time and would definitely return!

As young holiday goers, we loved the private check-in and access to the preferred club. The swim-out room was amazing for privacy and a dip in the pool. The beach cabanas with butler service were a great way to relax without any hassle. The 24-hour room service had a great selection. The turn down service was a nice touch. The Mexican and Asian restaurants were our favorites. The coffee drinks and treats at the 24-hour Coco Cafe were a delight. The beach was one of the best in the area with the opportunity to swim with wild turtles.

The location on a soft white sand beach in a sheltered bay within a reef was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of the turquoise waters and the beautiful marine life. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the property. The spa was amazing, and I enjoyed every minute of my treatment. The staff at this resort went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to my every need. From the friendly bartenders who remembered my drink preferences to the entertainment team who made sure I had a great time, everyone was simply fantastic. The breakfast options were plentiful, with a great variety of cuisines to choose from. I especially loved starting my day with a delicious meal overlooking the beach.

Beautiful property, fantastic staff, top-tier all-inclusive drinks, and great choice of restaurants. Relaxing quiet pool and lively swim-up bar. Perfect for a honeymoon, can't wait to return!

The property was amazing and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my friends. the beach was beautiful and there were bars all around. the food at all the dining spots was top notch. I loved that I was able to watch all our American football playoff games. the transfer time from the airport was around 1 hour 10 minutes. the location was perfect for visiting the Mayan ruins. the snorkeling gear and life jacket were available for free, and I was able to see a sea turtle. the swim-up garden view room was perfect and provided privacy. the resort had a large pool with a pool bar and plenty of chairs available. the beach had lots of chairs and palm trees for shade. the rooms were big, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of locations to relax and enjoy some private moments. the lobby bar and Barefoot bar had swings to sit on, which was fun.

The preferred club upgrade was not worth the extra cost. There was no private club beach or pool, and the concierge was almost never there.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with beautiful pools and a turtle sanctuary. The staff were amazing, providing 5-star treatment from check-in to turn down service. The restaurants were fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines and no need for reservations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast options were delicious.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. All-inclusive drinks and food are of high quality. There is plenty to do with activities and a beautiful beach. The staff is helpful and friendly. it's a great getaway for adults.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the Riviera Maya coastline just steps away. Guests can enjoy the calm and crystal-clear waters of the bay, which is protected by a reef. The beach is also known for its abundance of sea turtles, making it a must-visit for nature enthusiasts. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby restaurants, providing convenient dining options for guests.

The check-in and check-out process could be improved. Waiting times and confusion regarding transportation arrangements were frustrating for some guests.

As a group of friends, we loved the variety of facilities and activities at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya. The pools and beach area were perfect for relaxing and snorkeling. The dining options, especially the French restaurant, were superb. The staff throughout the resort were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable.
