I had a fantastic stay! It was nice to come back to a quiet room with no noisy neighbors. The front desk staff were kind and helpful when I needed toiletries. The hotel was easy to navigate once I got familiar with the layout. The location was excellent, as it was close to the Sprint Center where my event was held. The exercise room was beautiful and the rooms were nice.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

We had an unexpected situation during our stay, but the staff at the Marriott went above and beyond to assist us. When my wife had an unexpected medical emergency, the front desk staff immediately called for medical help and stayed with us until help arrived. They were incredibly compassionate and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. The level of care and concern they showed for our well-being was truly exceptional. We are extremely grateful for their quick response and genuine kindness. The Marriott staff truly knows how to take care of their guests in times of need. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service and genuine care for their guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown KC. The location alone is worth mentioning - it's right in the center of all the action, just a short walk to the Sprint Center and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff here is truly exceptional - they go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the welcome treats in the room to the personalized notes left by the front desk. And let's not forget the rooms with a view! We had a room with a tremendous view of the Full Moon rising, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The comfortable king bed and walk-in shower were the cherry on top. And the best part? Breakfast is included, so you can start your day right without any extra cost.

Everything was more than okay.

The swimming pool area was excellent and very enjoyable, perfect for families with children. The lobby and bar area were beautiful and very inviting. The infused water was delicious. The front desk people and concierge were very helpful in recommending things to do in the city and printing off tickets.

The staff provided fantastic service, from the friendly and pleasant waitress, Luisa, to the exceptionally friendly valet service gentlemen. The front desk person was super nice and even secured a room on the feather-free floor for me when I checked in late. The location was convenient and the hotel had a two-block free trolley that runs downtown. Parking was available underground, and the rooms had a refrigerator. The hotel had a nice view of some water fountains from our window. It was also quiet, making it a peaceful place to come back to after a long day. The front desk staff were kind and helpful when I needed some toiletries.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The location was perfect for the convention center events, and we appreciated being able to use the underground tunnel when the weather got chilly. The Marriott Concierge Lounge was a pleasant surprise as they served breakfast on weekends, which is not common in other Marriotts. The green choice option was also a great initiative. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

Great facility, newly renovated property. the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Very clean. Terrific spot! the food at this place is just ridiculous good. the location of the hotel is very central and close to the convention center. the valet staff was top notch and could not have provided better service.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with a perfect downtown location. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially our waiter Michael, who made our dining experience memorable. The ribs at the hotel restaurant were absolutely delicious, with a unique flavor that we couldn't get enough of. The hotel also had a great swimming pool area and a beautiful lobby and bar. we were impressed and would recommend this hotel to others.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service and helpful staff who assisted with unloading luggage. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, ample storage space, and a well, equipped bathroom. the on, site gym was expansive and had a variety of exercise equipment. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the nearby convention center and a range of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The check, in process was slow due to the hotel's busyness, and there were issues with the front desk's billing practices, causing inconvenience and frustration. Some guests reported problems with the air conditioning, including rooms being humid and uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a prime area near a variety of restaurants and a bustling Power & Light District. It is divided into two buildings, one of which is conveniently located near a FREE trolley that runs up and down Main Street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and amenities such as refrigerators. The staff provides safe service.

The restaurant inside the hotel is not highly recommended due to the high cost for mediocre food.
