We had a great stay at this recently refurbished hotel. The staff were friendly and let us check in early at no extra cost. The room was lovely and clean, with plenty of space for our family. The bathroom was spotless and the free WiFi was a bonus. There was a restaurant and bar on-site, offering good value food and drinks. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to Durham and the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms and double showers. The staff are friendly and efficient, making check-in and any queries a breeze. The breakfast is delicious and freshly cooked to your liking. The hotel also offers a restaurant with a tempting menu and great views from the balcony over picturesque fields.

It would be helpful to have a welcome pack in the room with information about the hotel's amenities, meal times, and local attractions.

Great location for visiting Beamish Museum. Comfy bed, spacious room, and a huge bathroom with a double shower. Enjoyed a nice and hot breakfast. Perfect for backpackers.
