The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful stay. The bed was cozy and the linen and towels were of great quality. We also appreciated the easy walking distance to town and the beach, making it convenient to explore the area.

One thing to note is that the leather couch in the room was a bit low, which could be an inconvenience for older guests.

We had an exceptional stay at The Old Stables. The owners were incredibly welcoming and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. The amenities provided, such as fresh milk, tea, coffee, and toiletries, were greatly appreciated. The shower was powerful and the towels were fluffy. It was also a convenient location, just a short walk to the esplanade, the harbour, and the town. We would definitely recommend this gem of a property for a self-catering stay in the UK.

We cannot recommend The Old Stables enough, especially considering the great price we paid.

The only drawback is that the bathroom in some rooms may be located next to another room, resulting in occasional noise from the adjacent guest's usage.
