I had a truly memorable experience at this hotel. I stayed here to celebrate my wedding anniversary and birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The front desk attendant, Rosa, noticed our celebration and made sure all the other staff members were aware. When we went down to the bar for dinner, they had arranged a reserved table for us and the staff treated us like royalty. Will, Rory, Dan, and Steph were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. I also have to mention Rosa, who did a fantastic job at the front desk the next morning. The spa facilities were lovely, the meals were delicious, and the staff made our stay unforgettable. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly exceptional stay.

We recently had our wedding party at The Park Royal and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms had everything we could ask for, including a very comfy bed, and they even left us prosecco and chocolates for our wedding night. Both our guests and ourselves were extremely happy with the spacious rooms and the lovely spa and pool facilities.
